BCA MEMO – BCA 2026 AGM NOTICE

Following a decision of the BCA Council, we have the pleasure to inform you that the BCA Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 will be held face to face alongside the BWF Members’ Forum and AGM in Horsens, Denmark, on Thursday 23rd April 2026 from 0900hrs to 1300hrs.

In accordance with Clause 9.2 of the BCA Constitution, find attached the notice of the AGM.

Key Dates and Deadlines:

• Deadline for AGM Proposals and Nominations – Thursday 26th February 2026
  • Proposals must be duly seconded by a Member in Good Standing
• Deadline for publishing Agenda of Meeting and dispatch of AGM Papers – Thursday 12th March 2026
  • The agenda and papers will include proposals from Members in Good Standing (duly seconded) and proposals from Council
• Deadline for amendments to proposals – Thursday 26th March 2026
• Deadline for submission of Delegate Form – Wednesday 22nd April 2026 (1200hrs Mauritius Time GMT +4)
• BCA AGM 2026 – Thursday 23rd April 2026 (from 0900hrs to 1300hrs
