BCA MEMO – CALL FOR REGISTRATION – Close the Year Financially Strong – BCA Finance Training (Online, 22 December 2025)

In line with the BCA Strategic Plan 2022–2028, and in particular our strategic pillar on Member Association Capacity Building, we are pleased to invite you and your federation to the first session in our new 4-part series of BCA Finance Trainings:

“Introduction to Financial Planning – Helping Your Federation Start 2026 Strong”

2. Key Details

• Topic: Introduction to Financial Planning
• Date: Monday, 22 December 2025
• Time: 17:00–19:00 (Mauritian time – GMT+4)
• Format: Online (meeting link to be sent to confirmed participants)
• Delivered by BCA Expert:
  • Ms Sheem Sandooyea, BCA Finance & Administration Manager
• Target group:
  • Presidents
  • Secretaries General
  • Treasurers / Finance Officers
  • Board members or staff involved in finance and planning

Each MA may nominate up to three (3) participants. We strongly encourage you to include:

• At least one person responsible for finance or the Treasurer, and
• One key decision-maker (President or Secretary General),

All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance, which can also serve as evidence of your MA’s governance and capacity-building efforts in future BWF/BCA assessments.
